We've just restored service related to a power outage in Santa Rosa. At the moment it appears that at least one piece of our core equipment failed during the outage.
We're still investigating the root cause for the failure. The equipment in question had redundant power connections, but didn't survive the power outage - unlike all the other systems connected to the same power feeds.
We believe all service to be restored at this time. If you're still having issues, please email support.
