Today, starting just before noon, our upstream provider experienced an issue with one of their core switches. This caused a loss of internet connectivity to our network.
At this time all service should be restored. We're working with the provider to find a way to minimize the impact caused by a failure of this equipment. This will assure that outages of this type can be avoided as we move forward.
