We experienced a DOS (denial of service) attack directed toward one of our customers this morning. This excessive traffic caused a slow-down for customers north of Novato. Engineers caught the problem within 30 minutes and blocked the traffic. All systems and networks should now be fully operational. Please email support@vbbn.com with any questions.
