Planned Network Maintenance: Sunday morning, 12/8/2013 12:01am to 2am

This upcoming Sunday morning Vista engineers will be upgrading the memory and main network processing engine in one of our Cisco routers in our main Santa Rosa facility. This upgrade will improve capacity and reliability for our customers.  During this maintenance window customers in the Santa Rosa area may lose network connectivity several times for up to 5 minutes while the equipment is upgraded.  All Vista customers may notice delays to our DNS, WWW and email servers during the upgrade.

This maintenance falls within our standard agreed to optional maintenance window timings to continue to provide our customers the best service.  Please contact Vista support if you have any questions or concerns.
