During the window we will fail over to our distributed redundant routers, connecting to secondary providers, preventing any outage to our customers - by design. During the window our valued customers may notice some minimal network slowdowns as we re-route our traffic. This upgrade will significantly improve capacity, reliability, security as well as expands tertiary Internet connectivity options for upstream provider innovative architectures in the future. This maintenance falls within our standard agreed to optional maintenance window timings to continue to provide our customers the best possible service. Please contact Vista support if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your patience during this planned maintenance and our continual network improvements for you.
