Planned Network Maintenance: Sunday morning, 1/4/2009 12am to 2am
This upcoming Sunday morning Vista engineers will be upgrading memory
and the main network processing engine in one of our Cisco routers at
our Mt Taylor broadcasting site. This upgrade will improve capacity and
reliability for our customers. During this maintenance window, our
valued customers in the Santa Rosa service areas may briefly lose
Internet connectivity or see slowdowns - but only during the stated
window.
This maintenance falls within our standard agreed to optional
maintenance window timings to continue to provide our customers the
best service. Please contact Vista support if you have any questions
or concerns.
We appreciate your patience during this planned maintenance and our
network improvements for you.
